Cookie Policy

Mystate and the agency websites it hosts use a small number of cookies and similar browser storage.

Essential (always on)

• MYSTATESESS — keeps you signed in and protects forms against forgery. Deleted when you close the browser.
• Local storage — remembers your saved properties, comparison list, theme and cookie choice on this device only.

Analytics (only with your consent)

If an agency connects Google Analytics, it loads only after you click "Accept all". You can change your choice by clearing this site's data in your browser.

Maps

Property maps are loaded from OpenStreetMap, which may receive your IP address to deliver map images.
